JOB Profile:- 

To develop and lead the HR job function which is basically to develop and implement HR -- Strategy, Organization, Plans and the team, to deliver the set goals.

Responsibilities:-

1. To  complete talent acquisition process through optimal manpower planning in coordination with all departments.

2. To lead and ensure effective deployment of the annual performance appraisal process through defined quantifiable means.

3. To manage change in policies without impacting the morale and motivation of employees with the help of capacity building trainings.

4. To coordinate the HR Automation project across all location-al presence of organization. 

5. To ensure effective HR retention strategies.  

6.  To standardize compensation and incentive plans to bring objectivity and transparency

 

Role in detail:-


To handle all basic generalist activities like recruitment, issuing offer and appointment letters, facilitate retention, fulfill training needs, maintaining attendance records and  handling grievances, devising salary incentive structure, payroll generation, statutory norms, conducting exit interview, employee resignation discussion attrition analysis, employee engagement and welfare.

MBA HR from university/ institute.
