All
organizations are having basic component of Human resources management (HRM), which deals with recruitment of best
talent executives and trains them as per the needs of the competitive
environment so that organization can grow in the corporate world.
Human
resources managers and executive who are part of hr team, makes human resources
(HR) strategies for their organizations, which covers selection of best talent,
train and retain them. HR department coordinates with all departments of the organization
with strong communication and thus builds a strong team.
The need of HRM is to make better industrial relations and thus create better understanding between workers and management. It further improves quality of work and bring operational efficiency of employees.

executives.

Different countries have different legal environment
to work as a business organization. Therefore HRM must promote adoption of
strategies which should be in harmony with legal and constitutional provisions.
The work should be done in a socially responsible manner.

H HRM needs policies and strategies that should focus on people
with different education, age and culture.
Most of the international organization are focusing on gender sensitiveness.
Function of Personnel management:-
Two major functions are:-
